- Leave your home quickly and stay out. Call 9-1-1 right away. Leave belongings behind. Keep under smoke levels by staying on the floor.
Create Your Rescue Plan
- Find two ways out of every room. Pick a specific place to gather. Practice a drill with your whole house. Make sure everyone knows the safe route.
Sensors Protect Your Family
- Place alarms on every level. Check the sound every month to be ready. If you hear the noise, follow your exit path. Ask a parent to check the power or cords.
